† X lethal lines with FRT from Bellen’s lab
X-chromosome lethal lines induced on a y[1] w[*] P{ry[+t7.2]=neoFRT}19A chromosome with a low concentration of ethyl methane-sulfonate (EMS), which can be used for mosaic analysis. Molecular nature of mutations determined by sequencing is provided when available. The sequencing project is still ongoing.
