| Original Comments | An entire Dmblm cDNA clone was ligated into a P-element transformation vector CaSpeR-hsp, which includes hsp70 promoter and terminator as well as a mini-white gene, and transformed. This cDNA clone contains the first and the third introns, as well as four exons. This transgene is on the 2nd chromosome and partially complements defective phenotypes of mus309 mutant flies. This deletion chromosome Df(3R)T-7 uncovers the region of mus309 locus. |
