MTA contract with the Original Provider
The procedure described on this page is for some strains for For-Profit Organization or the use for profit by a Non-Profit Organization (See also For-Profit Organization or the use for profit by a Non-Profit Organization).
In addition to the MTA (Material Transfer Agreement) contract with us, you MUST make an MTA contract with the ORIGINAL PROVIDER of the strains shown below.
Please send us a copy of your MTA contract with the ORIGINAL PROVIDER. Please use the reply email to the order confirmation email and attach the copy. The strains will be shipped AFTER we received the copy of your MTA contract.
