| Original Comments | When we crossed each of the UAS-EB1::GFP with ptc-Gal4, we sometimes found GFP-positive bundles in pupal wing cells and we speculate that those were artificial MT bundles generated by overexpression of EB1::GFP. Thus we would suggest that you should control the expression level in your favorite cells. |
