Detailed Information [109605]

Strain Information
DGRC Number 109605
Genotype with FlyBase Link w[*]; P{UAS-DDB1.650-dsRNA}23
Genotype w*; P{UAS-DDB1.650-dsRNA}23
Received Date 30 March 2009
Original Number 23
Chromosome 1; 2
Also known as UAS-D-DDB1(650)-dsRNA
Original Source Kei-ichi Takata and Kengo Sakaguchi, Tokyo University of Science
Original Comments DDB1(650)-dsRNA transgene (P{UAS-DDB1.650-dsRNA}) was obtained with pUAST construct. Ectopic expression of the 650 bp dsRNA fragment of DDB1 (101 to 750 bp of ORF) can be achieved by using GAL4-mediated expression system.
Genus Drosophila
Subgenus Sophophora
Species Group melanogaster
Species Subgroup melanogaster
Species melanogaster
