Original Comments DDB1(650)-dsRNA transgene (P{UAS-DDB1.650-dsRNA}) was obtained with pUAST construct. Ectopic expression of the 650 bp dsRNA fragment of DDB1 (101 to 750 bp of ORF) can be achieved by using GAL4-mediated expression system.
