The "starter kit" lines for transformation by site-specific integration via phiC31-mediated recombinase-mediated cassette exchange. Recombination between attachement sites (an attP in fly genome of the stocks and an attB carried by an integration vector) is catalyzed by the phage phiC31 integrase (M{vas-int.B}, P{nos-phiC31\int.NLS})
